Oak Lodge School, Barnet: NAS Survey 2019

Oak Lodge Autism Accreditation Assessment 2019

Oak Lodge School is a current holder of the National Autistic Society's Autism Accreditation quality mark in recognition of our support to autistic young people who attend the school and their families. In November 2019, the National Autistic Society will review the school to decide whether we still meet their very high expectations. The review includes collecting feedback through online surveys from students over the age of 16 and the families of all autistic young people attending the school. Two surveys are available and you should click the relevant link to provide your honest views of how we are doing:

Autistic People:
https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/AutisticPersonOakLodgeSchool/
This is intended for any autistic adult or young person over the age of 16, who attends Oak Lodge School. It can be completed by the autistic person or with support. Where possible the person who helps the autistic person to complete the questionnaire should be independent from the school or service being assessed.

Families of Autistic People:
https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/FamiliesofAutisticPeopleOakLodgeSchool/
This is intended for the family member who represents the interests of the autistic person to complete.

We hope that you are able to respond. The closing date for the survey is 11th November 2019.
